Request Approval for Changes
Are you planning on making any changes to your new home? Before you make any changes, please remember that you live in a covenant-restricted community, and all changes must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee (ARC).
Read the Governing Documents
As a new owner, we highly recommend that you read and review the governing documents. They were put in place to protect property values and ensure your neighborhood remains an attractive and safe community for everyone to live and enjoy. Should you need a copy of these documents, such as the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs), plats, ARC forms, or anything else pertinent to the neighborhood, you can find these documents on this website.
