A: The priority of documents within The Peninsula is as follows, from first priority down to lowest priority: Federal law, Alabama law, The Articles of Incorporation of The Peninsula Master Association, The Master Declaration with its CCRs, and the Bylaws of the Master Association, then in regards to neighborhood home owners associat;ions (HOA) or condominium owners associations (COA), Federal law, Alabama law, Plats, the covenants of the HOA or COA, the Articles of Incorporation of a HOA or COA, and the Bylaws of the HOA or COA. Amendments are considered part of the original document they revise. Conflicts between documents are resolved in the order of their priority.
“Color Pallets” are addressed in Article XII of the Master Declaration, as may be amended.
