Information for Realtors
After the property owner and the realtor have read the paragraphs shown under “OPEN HOUSES”, please have the realtor fill in the “Contact Form” at the bottom of this page and attach (upload) a copy of the MLS listing of the property for sale. We will then notify the realtor with further details. For questions, please use the “Contact Form”.
OPEN HOUSES:
A 7-day notice of an open house is required from the Realtor via the “Contact Form” at the bottom of this page. Include a copy of the MLS listing. The CMA Service Agent for The Peninsula Master Association will notify the realtor of approval/denial of the open house as well as notifying the control officers (guards) at the main gate house.
Visitors to the open-house must be issued a short-term pass to be displayed in their vehicle at all times.
Open houses will not be allowed on Sunday.
INDIVIDUAL SHOWINGS:
For individual showings of a home for sale, the prospective buyer must be accompanied by the owner (identified by The Peninsula decal on their vehicle windshield), or a real estate agent. If accompanied by a real estate agent, the agent must present their business card to the gate guard. A short-term pass is to be issued to the realtor.
VISITORS:
Visitor passes are issued once the owner has either notified the gate guard in advance of the visit OR the guard obtains permission from the owner while the guest is at the gate. Without permission from the owner, guests are not granted access to The Peninsula community.
Visitor passes are to be issued ONLY by the gate guard and all vehicles entering the Peninsula must display a Peninsula decal, or a pass.
